NOTE: Supply voltage can be 5 - 30 volts AC or DC.

IMPORTANT: The card manufacture refers to the inputs and output as 0-7. DAD refers

to the inputs and output as 1-8. For example: the card’s pin out for Input 5 would be

referred to GPI 6 in DAD.
